Refund & Return Policy
We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase of the ATC Pack and other wellness products.
Returns:
Due to the consumable and health-focused nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at [support@ritsoninternational.com].
Refunds:
If your claim for a damaged or wrong product is approved, we will initiate a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement delivery will be done within 3 days .
Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days and will reflect in your original payment method.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the claim is not supported with valid proof or falls outside our return window.
